    As Father Ferdinand he was a member (and chief?) of the monastery on the Cauberg (sscc). Worked for the Resistance during the occupation. Involuntarily witnessed the “execution” of Funs Savelberg.
    A fellow resident of the then monastery on the Cauberg [1]. and also a member of the L.O. was Father Christofoor Meulendijks, who after the arrest of vicar Jac. Naus became his successor at St. Martin’s Church in Venlo. He too was arrested and did not survive the war.
