The fallen resistance people in Limburg
Wouter Hoogakker was a construction supervisor (at the municipality?) Arrested on November 22, 1943 for issuing ration cards to people in hiding. He was one of the pioneers of the LO-Elst and belonged to a group composed of municipal officials [1], among them Hendrik Kammeraat and Kees Peters.
Read more about the end of this group in the story about Elst.
