7th candle: We cherish freedom

Global Exploration and Adelante

Photo: Pien Wishaupt and some children from Adelante

My name is Pien Wishaupt and I work for Global Exploration. Global Exploration is an organization that connects young people around the world. Dutch young people go all over the world, and young people from all over the world are received in the Netherlands

Today I have the honor of lighting a candle together with the young people of Adelante. We light this candle for all young people around the world, that they may grow up with equal rights and in peace. This candle is for our future.

With kind regards,

Pien Wishaupt
