Memorial plaque Dr. van Berckel in the hospital

Original size 2448 × 3264 px

In honor of Karel van Berckel, shortly after the war, on September 5, 1947, a memorial plaque created by the young artist Harry Stump from Heerlen was unveiled in St. Joseph Hospital by his wife.
Some time after the move in 1968, the plaque was placed in the large entrance hall of the new DeWever Hospital (now Zuyderland Hospital) in Henri Dunantstraat.
