Leather processor. He and his brother Jan belonged to the sabotage squadHe was a member of the sabotage group KP-Noord Limburg (KP Gennep & Oeffelt). This resistance group took action, among other things, against black market traders. The brothers and Johan Guelen were arrested in a shootout with the police and taken to the police station in Berlicum. The same day they were transferred to Camp Vught (Herzogenbusch concentration camp), where the bullet was waiting for them.
